This month has seen more good news for the Marbella property market, with Marbella city council proudly announcing that new urban planning licences for multiple projects worth worth €17,000,000 have now been approved.
Among these are several luxury developments in prestigious Marbella areas including Santa La Clara and La Cerquilla. Two large new developments of more than 40 homes have also been approved for construction in Nueva Andalucia.
A wider ranging report has also shown that construction permits in Malaga province, where Marbella lies, are up 86% for the first 3 quarters of 2017 when compared to the previous year. 3,830 permits have been approved in between January and September this year.
All great news for the local economy, construction trades and the Andalucian property market.
